Cuisines around the world include Green Peas as an important ingredient
which wholesomely provides adequate nutrients and antioxidant which are rich in fiber.
The green peas are procured from the best farms that produce the best green pods. The peas are pre-processed at farm level in most modern collection center and brought to the processing plant in reefer containers.
After the blanching and cooling steps, the peas are frozen on a conveyor belt freezer using cold air (-35°C), which is blown over the belt. In this way, the peas are frozen in a short period of time (IQF, individual quick frozen).
The peas are hygiene packed and stored in cold storage at -18 Deg C.
